Product

The account is free. You pay for a job.

Plan, Company, Tools and Team are the signed-in product. The catalogue and the library stay readable without an account. Opening the account does not bill anything.

[ 01 / THE ACCOUNT ]

Four places, one company

Sign in and the rail is the product. Nothing else is hiding behind a sales call.

Plan is the working list: the builds you have added, the rough total of their published bands, and messages from us. Adding a build does not hire us and does not bill you.

Company is the record of who you are. It asks where you came from, the public pages, the tools you already pay for, the goals, how much of the work should run without a person, and what must never be automated. Sending it does not send an email and does not create a charge. A reply, when there is one, shows on Plan under Messages from us, and on Tools.

Tools is everything this account has in motion: running, being built, queued, and the state of anything you have sent us. Team is the colleagues on the same company. An invite lasts 14 days, works once, and only for the address it was sent to. Everyone on the team sees the same plan, the same tools, and the same company record.

[ 02 / AROUND THE ACCOUNT ]

The catalogue, the library, and the assistant

These are how you look at the work before anyone is engaged.

The catalogue is 198 builds we deliver, each with a published price band, the pattern it follows, and the open-source project it starts from. The label on the rail says 199 or more because the list keeps moving. The number of pages is the real one.

The scope builder prices a selection from those bands and lets you put in your own volumes. The number it shows is a sum of published bands, not a quote. Describe a build does the same job from a sentence, and carries your words onto the scope.

The workflow library lists 9,594 community workflows across 95 integrations, and it is searchable. The integration guides and the connection pages are the same reference. You can read them with no account.

The assistant sits on every page once you are signed in. It can search the catalogue, add or remove a build, change a quantity, and record a system you already run. An id it adds has to be one the search just returned. It can send the plan to the review queue only when you have asked. That send is not an email to your customers and it is not a charge. Any total it states is a sum of published bands, never a quote. If the assistant is off for a deployment, the rest of the account still works. The walkthrough is opt-in. It does not start on its own.

[ 03 / NOT AN INDUSTRY MENU ]

We do not file the work by what is on your door

A clinic, a lender, and a workshop often have the same unnamed job.

There is no separate product for healthcare, dental, lending, or insurance. Sorting the catalogue that way would hide the same missed call under four different labels. The catalogue is filed by the outcome: never miss work, get paid faster, fill the diary, answer without extra staff, join the systems up, verify a person, keep the evidence, or have someone run it.

If the job is specific to a regulated record, the company form is where that gets said, including what must never be automated. We do not assume a dental chair and a loan book want the same share of automation just because both have a phone.

[ 04 / WHAT YOU PAY FOR ]

A written agreement, not the account

The account is OpenDesk. The invoice, when there is one, has a different name.

OpenHandoff is one solution from the catalogue, on your numbers, your sender identity, and your wording, with consent and opt-out wired in where the channel needs them. You get a handover document and a 30-day fix warranty. The price on the pricing page is a published band, with a tilde in front, because a firm number waits on your volumes.

OpenManaged is the optional month after that: monitoring, alerting, incident response, copy and flow changes on request, carrier and deliverability upkeep, and a monthly report. Platform usage is billed at cost and itemised. It is not included in a one-off build unless the written agreement says so. On that tier, alerting fires to us. On a one-off build, alerting fires to you, and the handover says what to do.

Enterprise is several systems and one roadmap: a staging environment, source control, rollback, and a named contact. It has no dollar amount on the pricing page. The number is part of the written agreement.

You own what is built. The platform accounts are in your name from the start. The handover assumes you might leave. Stopping a managed month does not, by itself, switch off an account that was always yours. What happens to a build we were running is named in that agreement, not assumed here.

[ 05 / WHAT IT IS NOT ]

Said here, so it is not a surprise later

A product page that only lists capabilities is an advertisement.

It is not per-seat software. The platforms underneath are fair-code and open-source licensed. We deliver the work against your own instance rather than reselling seats. The platforms page is the licence boundary, and we do not fork a fair-code project into a product we sell seats of.

It is not an agent that figures the business out. Every build is a rule somebody wrote down. Where a model is involved it does the reading and the drafting, not a firm price and not the sending, and the build page says which.

It is not a bill for opening the account. No card is taken. No trial clock starts. The catalogue does not expire.

It is often the wrong buy for a job you only do twice a year. Say so on the company record. We would rather tell you the numbers do not work than discover it on an invoice.

Open the account before you brief anyone.

It is free. The company record is the brief, and sending it does not start a bill.

[ 09 / QUESTIONS ]

The short version

The long version is above. These are the lines people look for.

What do I get for nothing?

The account, the catalogue, the scope builder, the workflow library and the free tools. No card, and no expiry. You can still price a job without telling us who you are.

Does signup start a subscription?

No. OpenHandoff, OpenManaged and Enterprise start only in a separate written agreement.

Who owns what is built?

You do. The platform accounts are in your name, and the handover assumes you might leave.

What if it breaks at 2am?

On OpenManaged, alerting fires to us. On a one-off build, alerting fires to you, and the handover says what to do. A fixed-price build is not an on-call roster.
